Mohammad Reza Babaei, ISACO (Iran Khodro Spare Parts & After Sales Service Co.) CEO in this regard said, “Iran Khodro Industrial Group top managers’ special attention to after-sales service brought about an improvement in this sector; for instance we can refer to ISACO top position in after-sales service as well as sales increase.”
“Drawing industrial development roadmap and its implementation by industrial managers, will lead us to a multilateral development in Iran industry,” Babaei said and added, “by the same token, ISACO has experienced a good progress in providing service and spare parts, meeting 85 percent of the customers’ demands for IKCO products’ spare parts.”
ISACO CEO finally referred to country’s brilliant industrial development in the first quarter of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21) as a result of the comprehensive program set by the Ministry of Industries and Mines in drawing the country’s industrial development roadmap.
ISACO Kish is responsible for ISACO overseas activities in after-sales service, providing technical trainings, and supplying spare parts and components for IKCO global markets.
The company has registered a good performance in exporting spare parts and components, reducing logistics costs in spare parts supplying network as well as adopting appropriate methods of sales and supplying.
