Referring to the importance of implementing ERP, Najmeddin IKCO CEO said that by technology improving and market demands running up, old systems would not qualify the company’s requirements. “We have to run ERP in all IKCO sections to provide qualified products and services,” he said.
“ERP system provides the company with information about parts inventory, existing orders, sales, defective parts, quality, and customer expectations, while helping business managers in their decisions to reduce product’s cost price and expand markets”, said Najmeddin.
He referred to high inventories, high expenses, blockage of current capital and low investment capabilities as some of the problems to be solved by ERP and added, “IKCO intends to reduce its production costs by 15% through ERP and boost product’s quality and customer satisfaction by permanent monitoring of the quality indices.”
